SF Engagement Session | Bay Area Wedding Photographer

Originally from San Jose, they decided to spend the Valentine’s Day weekend up in San Francisco doing some of their favorite activities like watching Hamilton and walking around downtown. Since they were already in this area, we all thought it was a perfect end to their weekend to take their engagement photos here!

We met up at the Andy Goldsworthy Wood Line at the Presidio near Lovers’ Lane. For those that aren’t aware, it is work done by one of the world’s most renowned artists, Andy Goldsworthy. The piece invites you to “contemplate where life of a tree begins…the fertile earth.” The entire wood line will eventually fade back into the ground, so head out there while you can. It’s really striking for those that have never seen it!

It’s almost ironic to take photos near Lovers’ Lane, but that’s kind of why I suggested it! It’s true to these two. Instantly I knew they were a match. They are both down to earth and like to have a good time, and these photos definitely show it! Here are a few that I wanted to share with you all!
